While he is not out having his own adventures, adventure came to him this morning with the breaking news that a prisoner that was being treated at the hospital had escaped and the hospital had been locked down. Can you believe it? Here's a link about the story for those of you who are not local and may not have heard the news. http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/inova-fairfax-hospital-is-on-lockdown/2015/03/31/421aaa4e-d783-11e4-b3f2-607bd612aeac_story.html
I took this picture of Morgan yesterday at his request, so that his BCCD co-workers especially could see how well he is doing. He once again wants to thank everyone for all the positive vibrations sent his way. He is busy now spreading them around to all the hospital staff that comes into his orbit!
For those of you wondering about how I am doing, I finally got a really good run finished in Front Royal, one of my favorites that takes me down by the Shenandoah River. I had told myself that when I finally was able to get an hour long run in without worrying about getting to the hospital, things would be on the upside and Morgan would be heading home soon. That happened today and that makes me very happy.
